設施：蘇聯老式裝修，傢俱純木的，衞生間略老舊。
衞生：衞生打掃及時。
環境：距離紅場不遠，旁邊地鐵站，地鐵兩站地到紅場。周邊有飯店、便利店、銀行、音樂餐廳，比較方便。
服務：工作人員很熱情有禮貌，每次都主動打招呼。

咋説呢，小偷來了都得流淚。沒有洗漱用品，沒有拖鞋，水壺沒有水，酒店該有的東西，它！都！沒！有！説説有什麼吧，爛醉如泥的酒鬼，辦事墨跡的前台小哥，總之，能跑就跑，別在這兒住，這個酒店應該感謝平台不能打負分，不然他配的上負100分

Гостиница неплохая, хотя со стороны улицы выглядит достаточно сомнительно. Про ресепшен сказать не чего. Сотрудники там просто высиживают время, ни здравствуйте ни до свидания. Что касаемо номеров - стиль «совок». Им явно необходимо сменить ковролин во всех номерах, запах старости нереальный. Но зато на удивление чисто. Девочки Калининг (славянской внешности) - молодцы. В ванной есть полотенца, мыло, гель и шампунь. Тапочек и халатов не было. Прибираются каждый день: через день меняют полотенца. Завтраки стандартные, ничего особенного, главное есть кофе и тебе в всегда говорят доброе утро.

我訪問的大學為我在這間酒店預訂了房間。客房非常的乾淨,房間裏還有一個冰箱,因為在房間裏你衹能喝瓶裝水。他們為單身的人提供的床都非常的小,但我覺得它們非常的舒適,但是與我同行的一個同事卻説,他受不了他的房間。 在我訪問的這4天裏,酒店提供的早餐每天都還是有些不同的,有新鮮的水果切片,用濃縮果汁調配的果汁飲料,小杯的優酪乳,還有一些熱食,包括馬鈴薯盤、捲心菜盤和米飯盤、麪包、黃油以及幾種搭配薄餅的不同口味的果醬。早餐的質量也僅僅是令人滿意而已。 酒店的電梯也有點問題,酒店一共有16層樓,早上的時候電梯非常的擁擠,因此最好起早一點,因為電梯裏很快就會擠滿人了。 第一次從地鐵到酒店的路還不太好找,但是出了地鐵以後,衹要對着佳能的廣告牌一直走,走到主街道上速食店旁的地條通道口下通道,一直走,出口處向右轉上樓梯,然後穿過一些小攤,在你到達下一條主街道之前左轉,穿過馬路後,酒店就在這條穿過的馬路的右邊一點點。 儘管前台的工作人員是講英語的,但其他的酒店工作人員都不會講英文,而且他們大多數都不願意為酒店裡的住客提供幫助。我們頭一天安排了一輛出租車,到了第二天的早上,停在我們面前的是一輛私家車（有些陳舊）,而且司機看起來也不像是專業的出租車司機。 我的房間裏提供免費的有網上網服務,但是和我一起的另外兩個同事的房間裏都不能上網。房間裏的插座也是歐洲的兩插頭式插座。

Гостиница в 100 м от метро. В некоторых номерах из окна видно кремль. Вечером красиво. Чисто. Но! Во первых если вы с детьми едете и вам говорят что до 12 лет бесплатно не верьте! По приезду требуют доплату за доп место просто за белье даже если у вас люкс и а номере диван белье еа него вам без доплаты не дадут. Во вторых завтраки ужас 😱 ну если уж совсем все равно колбаса хлеб и каша есть... Но это уж совсем голодным надо быть... 🙄 В целом конечно лучше чуть дороже чем сюда...

Официанты из Средней Азии своим хамством полностью отбивают желание приезжать в этот отель. Ужасно ! Куда смотрят менеджеры отеля не понятно. Завтраки в этом отеле стали катастрофически плохими. Отношение и атмосфера жуть
