The room cleaning is very perfunctory. New slippers are not provided for a week. You have to ask for them. The garbage is not taken out. The toiletries in the bathroom are very casually placed. It doesn't look like a five-star hotel.

Один из самых ужасных отелей, где мы были. В номере просто невыносимо воняло сыростью. Полотенца были грязные, в соплях. В целом номер грязный, пыльный. Душ сломан. Ещё и оказалось что парковка при отеле стоит 3000 р за сутки. Вывеска у отеля Ренессанс, а ты ищешь Монарх. За такие деньги можно найти что-то получше. На последок, при выезде я вернулась в номер за оставшимися вещами и кошкой. Карта перестала открывать дверь, я 4 раза ходила на ресепшен, мне выдавали новый ключ, только после того как я начала истерить, со мной пошла девушка, с ней тоже ключ не сработал, мы пошли вниз совещаться с коллегами, что делать?! Ей дали универсальный ключ и только с ним я смогла забрать вещи. Короче, я никому не рекомендую этот отель.

One of the worst experience in my life. the staff is not bad but the hotel policy is a disaster. Every day they blocked our room even if we left a double deposit in €. And if you try to explain to them the situation, the staff does not want to listen to you. We wanted to leave passport but they just accept the money They simply have their own policy and are not interested in anything. For a 5 star hotel, this is a shame The water in the room is black as mud. You can pay only in Russian rubles and credit cards don’t work. My advice to everyone before they come, to exchange money before or on airport as otherwise they will not be able to pay anything. I’m so disappointed 😔

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, in the corridor, near someone's door, there was a glass of wine for a day, the carpet obviously needs a good cleaning, like the soft headboard. For four (5-star hotel, if anything): no bathrobe, one pair of slippers, two bottles of water 0.5. I understand that of course you can ask for all this, but when the hotel is of such a level, it seems like they should have thought about my comfort for me. And a separate issue is parking fees. At the entrance the price was 1.200 per day, at the exit it increased to 2000, and only after disputes the price remained 1.200. That is, this is not a fixed price, but exclusively at the request of the hostels.

I would rate this hotel as 3*, but definitely not 5*. Pros. When I checked in, I was upgraded from deluxe to junior suite free of charge. Good soundproofing (perhaps because the room is at the very end of the corridor. Not bad location. Large comfortable bed. But. The "fatigue" of the rooms immediately catches your eye. Bed linen with stains, cigarette holes on the curtains, dirt and dust in the corners ... Only in the room instant coffee. I guess for such a price you can put a simple capsule coffee maker. At breakfast, there are wild queues even for coffee, and one of the three Coffee machines was out of order. It was absolutely impossible to eat oatmeal.
