Anyone who stays in this hotel will be fooled. It has 4 stars on Ctrip, and somehow it managed to be ranked first among Moscow's high-end hotels. The pictures of the hotel house also look high-end. I thought Ctrip didn't have fakes, so we spent 4,000 RMB to book another 4-star hotel (President Hotel) for two nights. For higher quality and enjoyment, we spent more than 7,000 RMB to book this hotel for the same two nights. The taxi took us to the back door of the hotel, and there was only a big black trash can and a narrow black staircase without a sign. I thought we had gone the wrong way. I turned around for a long time but didn't see a decent place. I still went in from this staircase. After going through many twists and turns to the first floor, I found that the front desk on the first floor was not the hotel. We were told that the hotel we were looking for was on the third floor. There is a very dark place like a bar on the third floor. After asking, it turned out that this is the front desk of the hotel. There is no lobby. Then we were told that the room was on the 11th floor. The corridor looked very cheap and had a strong decoration smell. The room and bathroom were very small, with the same cheap decoration and simple chair racks as the corridor. It was a complete express hotel, which could not even reach the three stars in China. The most important thing is that the first President Hotel we stayed in was a 4-star hotel, but it was actually a 5-star hotel. This 4-star + high-end hotel ranked first + 3,000 yuan more cost could not even reach the three-star level. We were still a family and booked two rooms, which made people angry directly. Ctrip was unwilling to bear the complete loss caused by the false description. Because we checked in too late and brought children, we had no choice but to stay for one night. The breakfast variety on the second morning was very simple, and it was not as misleading as the comments said. There was nothing delicious at all. There were also several flies flying around the place where the food was placed, and no one cared. The main entrance was also difficult to find. The entrance was like a big food stall. Everyone should avoid this hotel and don't be fooled like us. I'm curious where the people who posted good reviews came from? Where did the fake descriptions and rankings on Ctrip come from? The hotel is in a good location, but the entrance is hard to find, so you need to be patient. You can walk to the Red Square in about 15 minutes. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, which are very convenient. The breakfast is very good with a rich variety.
