I can't believe this is Hilton's service. Even the last Express Hotel I stayed in had better service. No one cared about me when I entered the door, and no one helped me with my luggage. When I went to the front desk, no one greeted me and asked if I wanted to check in. I asked on my own initiative. The front desk was not very enthusiastic either (in stark contrast to the last Hilton Express Hotel I stayed in). After checking in, I saw a waiter coming to the elevator. He was the only one who took the initiative to help, so I gave him a tip. It's inconvenient to replenish supplies. There's no way to scan a code to replenish.
The advantage is that it's very close to the train station, which is why I booked this hotel. The lobby smells good.

Downstairs is the Kazan Railway Station and the Leningrad Railway Station. If you are going to St. Petersburg, it is really convenient to stay here.
The room is small, facing the railway, and there is a little low-frequency noise, but it is acceptable. The shower water is a little small, but it is quite hot. The bed is too soft, and there are many soft pillows. There is no charging port at the head of the bed. The facilities are relatively old.
The breakfast is not very delicious, it is relatively cold, and the quality is very average.
I had lunch in the lobby bar. The steak and pizza were poorly made. Forget about drinking tea, but don't order a full meal.
