酒店的位置離紅場很近，方便觀光。但酒店的條件設施一般，衹能算是旅社。對於預算不高的朋友，可以推薦這個酒店。

The receiption was veary bad and Strict behavior. I asked them 2 key but they didnt The room was really small and bad The wall were really thin so the room was so noisy In general the hotel is really bad and i dont want to be there again. I never recommend you to book it

Проживали в номере с 11.07.22 по 14.07.22 После заселения сразу обратились к администрации с проблемой: очень громко шумит кондиционер, на что получили ответ, что техник все починит и временно отключили кондиционер. В номере было очень душно и плохо спалось. На третий день подхожу уточнять, что там с кондиционером: сказали что техник не занимается такими проблемами. Больше не будем выбирать этот отель для заселения 🤦

Отдыхали в отеле с 11.07 по 17.07. Отель в самом центре города, рядом станция метро - это замечательно! В номерах чисто, уборка действительно делается ежедневно, девочкам - горничная спасибо! Постельное бельё чистое. Было бы очень замечательно, если бы руководство отеля наладило вентиляцию в номерах, установило кондиционеры, решило проблемы с канализацией и вместо сейфов в каждом номере установили маленькие холодильники. А так отелть хороший, особенно его расположение ☺

В восторге от сервиса, несомненно самый огромный плюс отеля.Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Расположение удобное, в пешей доступности от метро, очень удобно. Завтрак вкусный и очень сытный. Номер чистый, просторный и очень уютный. Обязательно вернёмся снова!
