Забронировали в хостел на две ночи с 5 октября 2024 года. Когда приехали ужаснулись от увиденного!!! Во-первых, фото на сайте не совпадали с действительным интерьером в хостеле, был ремонт, работала одна душевая комната, везде были оставлены вещи, как нам сказали некого художника, что даже свои чемоданы негде оставить, так еще и нет камеры хранения. Во-вторых, комнаты капсул не соответствуют описанию как на фото, видимо фотографии были сделаны при открытии хостела. В-третьих, мы бронировали хостел за месяц, на протяжении месяца администраторы звонили нам, чтобы подтвердить бронь, но про ремонт (как нам сказали, что вот недавно начался) так и не предупредили. В-четвертых, нам предложили номер получше условиями, но и тут опять нас обманули, мы пришли в хостел cheers, а там просто тихий ужас. Обещали нам вернуть деньги за хостел, на данный момент пытаемся дозвониться до администраторов по указанному номеру на сайте, но никто трубку не берет
