Здравствуйте, Стоимость первоначально была завышена по сравнению со стоимостью на сайте и поисковиках, так как заезжали ночью напрямую . В душе отвалилась душевая лейка от стены, утром заплатили за уже входящий в стоимость завтрак! На наш вопрос был ответ: «Завтрак на одного, а завтракали двое»! Номер на двоих по ультразавышенной цене 120 вместо заявленных 70-80 тыс.+ завтрак по второму кругу ! Это неприемлемое отношение к гостям. Мы в этом отеле были много раз, и вместо приоритетного обслуживание получаем уровень сервиса 90х, когда каждый пытается получить больше! Отвратительное чувство.
