What an amazing hotel. Excellent customer service. Everyone is always smiling and happily to assist. My son came to visit at last minute and the hotel was able to add him to our reservation. We went there for the Spartan Race in July and it was very close to the Start line. Jacuzzi was clean and relaxing with amazing views. Breakfast was great each morning. I loved the Game of Thrones reference in our bathroom too 🤣🤣Thank you to the wonderful staff for great service!

I have been to many ski resorts all over the world and this hotel is the best Hotel that I have ever stayed in ,I have not one bad word to say about this hotel ,I will defo be returning one day.

Very pleasing hotel with excellent staff. Impossible to fault. Party of 8 .. we all felt the same ! Excellent position in village, plenty of parking and very good value for money .

Wonderful hotel, would thoroughly recommend - comfortable quiet room - spotlessly clean. Amazing staff, huge shout out to Laura at breakfast, charming and was always smiling and friendly ! delish spread of food too. To be honest, I am struggling to find anything negative to say....we were here a in group and had a wonderful stay ! thank you all !

A perfect, welcoming and lovely hotel. Visited with my friend and our two older teen sons. From the moment we arrived until when we checked out today the service we received was superb Immaculate hotel, welcoming bar, excellent food in restaurant, lovely spa area and the most friendly, professional and helpful staff throughout

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and complete, it lacks nothing. The breakfast is very good, the staff very friendly. Very well located and close to the chairlifts on foot. If you don't want to walk, the bus stop is right outside the door. The room very confortable for the whole family(4). Everything excellent. Highly recommended.

couldnt wisht for anything more than maybe some bites in the bar, that's it. The rest was all very well, we were there last years and will be there the next!

AMAZING STAY !!! Thank you for having made us create these memorable souvenirs :) Maybe the only thing missing was a luggage carrier (trolley) to help transfer luggages from the car to the hotel room, otherwise everything was perfect. You have an awesome team! This is rare and precious! Thank you again for this stay that made it into our top 5!
