Hotel is so special , the staff are so lovely and make your stay very personal and can’t do enough to help and make sure trip goes smoothly . Feels like a family home. amazing facilities for the children , ski passes get sorted and a great shuttle service to main lifts . The food is sooo good , make sure you book in . We would never stay anywhere else , not to be missed ! Thank you for another fabulous holiday see you next year !

Very nice hotel in great location close to Super Morzine lift up to Avoriaz ski area. Very clean, well maintained rooms with new bathrooms. Super friendly team always happy to help with anything. Good leisure facilities also with indoor pool, jacuzzi, games room ,sauna, etc. Would recommend to anyone for a ski break.

Stayed here over Christmas 2024 in a family room. Have never stayed anywhere so friendly before, all the family / staff were lovely, and very kind and helpful to us. The extra facilities (pool / jacuzzi / sauna etc) were much appreciated after a day out skiing, and really fab to have access to in a small hotel. The kids particularly loved the games room too. Our family room was a good size especially with the attached kitchenette, The food was good each evening and we particularly enjoyed the special touches on Christmas Eve. Thank you all so much, we would love to come back sometime.

Absolutely wonderful trip at Morzine for a solo ski trip, and the hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient. It was everything you can ask for. The dinner on my first night was excellent, paired with great wine and cheese board. I will definitely be coming back again and also recommending this place to friends.

This hotel was perfect for a short getaway! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

As soon as we arrived it felt like a home from home . Everything about this chalet felt inviting. Staff always had a smile on their face , food was lovely, swimming pool , jucuzzi , sauna , steam room perfect . Our family room very spacious . The children loved the basement with the Poole table, they had a lot of fun and there was a free shuttle bus to the bubble / inter sport in the morning. Can’t fault this chalet and would love to return.

It felt like a home from home as soon as we stepped through the door . A warm and friendly atmosphere. Bedroom’s spacious. Food delicious and swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna/ steam room a must . We have three children age 10/13/15 which loved the fact they had there own snug in the basement with a Poole table close enough to the restaurant to keep poping back to us . Free shuttle bus every morning or just a 15 min walk over the bridge to the bubble and ski shop opposite bubble where you can collect skis and boots if hired from inter sport . We would love to return to this chalet and resort . Great holiday !!
