the hotel can not be reached by car. Have to park the park in the garage and take cable car to the hotel. the view is great around the hotel. The incheck in machine did not work very well, trok more time than normal. there are not many restaurants around. the room is not very big. The breakfast is ok.

A fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. There is plenty of choice at breakfast and in the evening in the restaurant and all good value for money. We loved the location of the hotel, it being right at the top of the funicular and close to cable cars to explore the area. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Lovely location with beautiful views, very picturesque. Remember to consider cost of funicular/parking when booking. Also restaurant in hotel is fairly expensive for the quality of the food (burgers/ribs). Can't fault the views and trails. Breakfast just ok considering it costs 20 CHF/person. All staff we saw were very welcoming and very English speaking.

Gorgeous brand new property. The young German girl working in the office was extremely accommodating and very nice! She deserves a raise!

Beautiful, clean, fresh smell of wood in the room. The shower was excellent. The entire facility is beautiful and clean with great service on top of a mountain in Switzerland. The funicular that brings you up to the lodge is so cool with the best views. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the mountain at the funicalar entrance for 14 francs/day. The lodge is right next to the funicular. The breakfast buffet is really good quality extra charge. Beautiful hiking trails. Everything is perfect at this lodge. Highly recommend.

I really loved this place. The view from our room was stunning. Everything perfect.

The modern building right next to the Stoos cable car is inviting, the modern furnishings functional yet stylish. The attentiveness of all the staff reflected a "yes, I can" mentality. Check-in is self-maintained, but was more complicated than expected; the QR code reader had to be "asked" several times... I had to enter all my personal data again - even though I had booked through Booking. I would have had to - if an attentive member of staff hadn't come to my aid immediately! The room was modernly designed - reduced to the max but everything you need was there. I travel with a dog and there was a feeding area with nice bowls. In the hallway there is a water bar with nice carafes and glasses. In the evening you could have a nightcap in the hotel bar with a great view of the surroundings. The fact that a single malt is not served in a tumbler is a detail :-) the whiskey menu is small but fine, also with locally produced varieties. The breakfast buffet is huge. There is something for everyone. Only the coffee was relatively bad - just like vending machine coffee. A great coffee to start the day would definitely be the icing on the cake!

Location is perfect, ski lift and ski school just around the corner. Rooms are new, bright and clean. Food is very good. Staff friendly. We skipped room service, 300.— for a week in a family room! Many people did the same, and ended up dumping their stinking rubbish in the hallway. This can definitely be improved. Another negative: the toilet only has an unlockable, leaky sliding door. Privacy protection OK, but no soundproofing or odor protection. Can be recommended, but there is a lot of potential for improvement, including in terms of price.

IT only works partially. Check-in was not possible. Room key programming impossible Bar service very slow, long waiting times even though there were only two customers. Bar staff poorly trained and overwhelmed with tablets and order entry. Could not book a room electronically Room door jammed so tightly that it could only be opened with a shoulder check

Brilliant location, lovely atmosphere and great view. Offers everything for a relaxing ski holiday with small children. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. You can rent skis right next door and the ski school is also very easy to get to. We'll be back!
