Lovely hotel - the pictures really don’t do it justice. We booked a sea view room A330- bed was really comfy and we slept really well all week, the hotel is quiet at night and you can hear the waves crashing down at the beach. Food was lovely, they made a lot of fresh sea food and lovely fruits- there was always something for everyone. The staff are kind, polite and courteous & speak good English. The entertainment team are awesome 🙌🏽 And the cleaning ladies do great job. Moro Jabel it’s self is a wonderful, picturesque town with a real old town feel and one of the most stunning stretches of beach I’ve ever seen! It’s 5 stars from me all round! Thankyou everyone for a wonderful week ❤️

I stayed 10 days at Sol Fuerteventura Jandía – All Suites and was shocked by the lack of hygiene and professionalism throughout the hotel. 1. In the show kitchen, the bottom of a fridge was visibly dirty with what looked like meat juice or blood – every single day. Right next to it, used spatulas and spaghetti hanging out of pots were left uncovered and in full view of guests. 2. In my room, ants were crawling on the furniture during the entire stay. 3. The buffet items were not labeled correctly, and one day I found out the so-called “turkey salami” was not turkey at all – only after I challenged the chef did he change the sign. 4. I spoke with the General Manager. He apologized, but refused any kind of refund. They later sent me a bottle of sparkling wine and sweets – which was a nice gesture, but doesn’t change the fact that serious hygiene rules were ignored. this is nowhere near 4-star standard. I booked this hotel because I trusted the Meliá brand. Sadly, this experience was a complete disappointment. I do not recommend this hotel – and will never return

The hotel is really good location, walking distance to the beautiful beach. Good size and clean room, kids club and animation team so good and friendly. Highly recommend for family holidays! Excellent breakfast and dinner, all food so tasty and fresh

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel anymore, the rom was not clean and they did nothing about this. The food there they don’t use any spices at all, no taste and it looks like they don’t make any food them self, mostly frozen food by the looks of it, the restaurant was really noisy and some times there was no place to sit. We were supposed to have a sea view but got view of trees instead room A330. The all inclusive is not all inclusive. It’s more like som inclusive, the drinks we got was some times no alcohol in it at all, so we had to ask them to putt inn ekstra shot. The only good thing was the kidsdorm and the staff there their entusiast and are just great.

Great location close to one of the best beaches in the Canaries, the promenade with shops, bars and restaurants is also a short walk away. This hotel is clean and modern with spacious well appointed rooms. The pool deck has plenty of loungers and the pool was warm and a great size to swim in. We stayed all inclusive and the food was fine. The restaurant can get very crowded and in my opinion wasn’t very well organised or layed out. The staff were slow to clear and reset tables. Wine and beer were self serve in the restaurant and all other drinks were available at the pool bar until 6pm or in the lobby bar until 11pm. There was live music each Evening in the courtyard which was a welcome change to the usual animation team rubbish. We would stay here again based on cleanliness, location and value for money.

This is an amazing hotel. This is our second visit, we travel a lot and rarely return to the same hotel, however this place is exceptional. It's exactly as described. The rooms are spacious airey and kept immaculate, the pool area is 5 star and beautiful. The restaurant always has a great mix on offer and drinks are included. The staff here are all lovely and respectful/helpful. The location is great, the Jandia area has the most beautiful beaches in all of the canaries. Special mention to Danny and his team, they do a great job entertaining young and old with a variety of exercise classes and children's entertainment.

Evening entertainment Is non existent, food is as Said hit and miss. Good and bad , drinks unless beer are machine made , reception is stoned. Junior is great . It’s not 4 star. And I’m worrying about this on day 2 of 14 . Do half board

We stay 7 nigths end of july family of 4 food was cold poor drinks quality was poor not to talk about staff special in reception very rude had to ask for toilet paper twice cleaners not left any had dirty cups in pool bar wich every day food was same crap no variety also say all inclusive but you got use tokens in recycle cups massive queue all time also restaurant all food was cold and no taste and not cook properly or overcooked been given a room at the end of stay for complimentary shower room was full of dust paint no clean towels was a mess so we only changed clothes talk with reception to be tould we should call earlier i ask if we could use the room earlier been told they need cleaning lol not clean towels in floor everywhere entertainment for kids was good appart from that bad experience i stay in many hotels i would say its 3 star hotel pushing it
