Hotel Riu Palace Jandia

This hotel was amazing from check in to check out. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They have thought of everything. My room was wonderful with an amazing sea view. The only snag was there was no chair in the room, I was travelling solo so I didn’t have one of the bigger rooms, but it would have been nice to have a chair as sometimes I went back to my room for a snack or drink and I didn’t really want to sit on my bed to eat or out on the balcony if I was trying to escape the sun for a while. Other than that everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms, the hotel, the restaurant/dining areas. I really enjoyed the food, there was so much choice for breakfast and dinner. And the staff were really attentive. Especially the breakfast staff. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are wanting a relaxing holiday, which is exactly what I wanted. This was my first solo holiday and I felt very safe and comfortable there. I walked to Morro Jable a couple of times and to the shopping area. The beach is absolutely beautiful. There is a mini market shop next to the hotel so it is great to top up supplies if needed. One thing that couple be improved are the sun loungers, they are a bit too hard and could do with cushions. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but not to people who have mobility issues as there are a lot of steps which are great for burning some calories, but not great if you’re not able to manage steps. I had the best stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

I spent six days at the hotel with my daughter, and overall, it was a good experience that allowed me to recharge. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the beach was beautiful with crystal-clear water and fine yellow sand, and the buffet offered good variety. The service staff across the hotel were always friendly and welcoming, which created a pleasant atmosphere. Another convenience was the small commercial center nearby with shops, a mini-market, and a pharmacy. On the downside, the evening entertainment program seemed to be oriented mainly toward older guests, with shows like German folk music, which wasn’t really to my taste. The surrounding volcanic landscape also lacked greenery, which some might find less appealing. The hotel pool was quite small and shallow for the size of the property, and the breakfast coffee was disappointing given the hotel’s standard. Finally, the gym facilities were very basic, fine for light cardio, but not suitable for proper strength training.

We loved staying at this amazing hotel and found it extremely relaxing and welcoming 😊 The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic! We found this to be the perfect hotel in every way! The close proximity to the fabulous beach was definitely a bonus too. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with superb sea views 😍 Can’t fault this dream hotel ☀️💕🏝️

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, from the service, the food, the rooms, the views, the staff, the facilities and is everything we wanted and more! We would love to give a special mention to Nadine, who served us in the pool/bar area most days for her funny, welcoming and dynamic personality, a real asset to this hotel. We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful location. Everything was perfectly arranged: the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the man who kept calling our little boy “amigo” he really created a warm and positive atmosphere. We felt welcome from the very beginning. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to!

We had an excellent stay. Myself, wife, adult son and his girlfriend. Very relaxed atmosphere with really friendly staff that made you very welcome. My son and his girlfriend explored the town and used the great beach which they really enjoyed. My wife and I just relaxed at the hotel which was wonderful. I could not fault the hotel, clean friendly, good food(Krystal restaurant was excellent) . I would definitely go back.
