Gostamos muito do hotel, apenas achamos muito caro bebidas e picolés!! Digo exageradamente caros.
Apesar de não termos sido tão bem tratados por uma boa parte dos funcionários do hotel, um em especial gerente Thiago do restaurante do café da manhã foi muito solicito e até preparou um chá para meu filho q estava c diarreia!! Enfim, no final acaba q não esquecemos sempre de como fomos recebidos!!

Very nice place but unfortunately it's not as it should be for the price and what it could offer. Most of the staff don't care for the clients, and you need to ask a few times for things, also no one speaks English. The breakfast was disappointing, lots of sweet cakes but supersweet and little other options. The same fruits every day, juices without flavor except for orange juice. Horrible meat and bread quality. Other food is mediocre The swimming pool and beach are not cleaned on a regular basis, so you find trash and old plates left. The room had fridges with visible corrosion outside, and the umbrella was broken. The cleaning lady leaves the balcony unlocked. The busses don't leave every hour during the whole day but only in the morning and then every 2 hours.

The beaches are stunning. The downside is that when we were there there was no sea within reach till late morning. The dry beach was still very nice. Our room was fine in a good location not far from the restaurant and beach. It was quite comfortable, but no chairs other than on the balcony. The food wasn’t amazing. Breakfast was good, but for lunch and dinner the service was very slow and the quality a bit variable. The shuttle to the town worked well so we ate in the town one night - in the Bossa Novo which was very good.

Good room, good service. Terrible food. Kids club doesn’t work if there are only 3-4 kids. Need more schedule times in the morning for the bus. Got the smallest room and it has plenty space for a family of 4. Need to mention again: staff are amazing!

Eu já perdi as contas de quantas vezes fui ao Patachocas: com a família inteira, incluindo sobrinhos que ainda são crianças, ou em casal, o hotel é garantia de tranquilidade, paz e bom atendimento, Limpeza impecável, recreação para todas as idades, comida deliciosa e agora conta com um restaurante com vista para a praia que também vale a visita. Se puder, escolha ficar nos bangalôs, os apartamentos ficam mais distantes da praia, mas nada que uma caminhadinha extra não resolva. Fica na quarta praia, então esteja sempre atento aos horários britânicos do Transfer gratuito do próprio hotel. O staff é bem preparado e tem uma culinária espetacular! (Faz mais de dez anos que fui lá a primeira vez e o senhor que faz a tapioca de manhã está sempre com um sorriso no rosto!) O mar é calmo e a piscina está sempre limpa. Está na lista dos meus preferidos!
