So location is great, That's about the only thing great about it. The breakfast that's included is a coupon for a cinnamon roll next door. Yes just one cinnamon roll. No coffee.
The tools are outdated, The bed was small, not quite a queen size. It's alright...

This is a real hidden gem. Walking distance from the Embarcadero, amazing food next door, and the most friendliest people. I will be staying here every time I come back. A few rooms have a great view! But regardless of the view, it’s worth it.

The rooms are very small, you only have room to walk around the bed. Hardly room for your luggage and belongings. The faucet in our room was missing the spout attachment so water just spewed everywhere, so you're brushing your teeth and getting soaked at the same time. Just not a comfortable experience at all.
The little cafe next to the hotel was super convenient and the food was good.
Sadly i would never stay at this hotel again.

Easy to access the hotel outside check in hours. There is a lovely seating area out front and there really are bay views. You can see the Morro Rock when you step out of the property! Breakfast was a cinnamon roll each from the cafe next door. Would stay there again!

Hotel is horrible, the staff is only there from 3-6pm for in person check-in. I had an issue with my room. The toilet around the base was leaking sewage. Under the flooring was drenched and squishy. There was no number to contact the hotel to let them know there was a problem. How can a business especially a hotel have no one on site to help with issues.

Small rooms cozy up to your neighbors
Rooms are very small, Deluxe King was not deluxe. Heavy traffic outside the room. Walls very thin, you can here everything going on next to you. Great location, quick walk to the Rock, or stroll down the Embarcadero, but the price was not work the location. Definantly felt like I way over spent for what I got.

Location, location! Conveniently located in the middle of water / beach activities, restaurants and shops at the bay. Cute courtyard with ample seating options makes the motel exterior warm and inviting. The rooms are extremely small and very outdated. Beds are uncomfortable and our room was not very clean. The floors were filthy and since all rooms are pet room, there was ample pet hair along the floor and baseboards. It was obvious that the floors are not regularly mopped. For the location it worked well for our group of four adventuring adults. For the price I had higher expectations for our room.

My room had a view of the rock. I even took a morning walk to the rock. The stay was nice
