Both elevators down and had room on 2nd floor. Seemed like the elevators had been down for a while. Staff and shuttle driver were super nice. Would look for a different place in the future.

Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable bed. One of the elevators still out of service. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came in to empty the trash and replenish the coffee. Hard to find parking and had to park at hotel across the street the 2nd night

The property is false advertisement their restaurant that is at the hotel has not been open for 3 years the staff said. I only booked it to have access to a restaurant at the hotel. The coffee machine in the room had nothing to put the filter in it was completely missing. The tub drain wouldnt drain and i had to shower with my feet in dirty eater. Only one elevator was working. Ill be writing to the corporate office since this is false advertisement

It was easy to find and the check in lady was wonderful. My room appeared very clean and I felt safe. The room was very quiet. The occasional airplane went overhead, but they weren't particularly loud; most could sleep through that. I thought the room was supposed to have a microwave, but it did not. It's a good, strong shower. There was in-room coffee and a balcony. No breakfast. Overall, it was good and I would stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near the RDU Airport and I-40. Food options plentiful nearby. Park and fly option with airport shuttle available. Would definitely recommend this property.

Keep in mind shuttle from airport ends at 11 p.m we just made it. The breakfast is at 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 Too early too short. Staff friendly.
