Swansea North

Utterly useless WiFi made our stay here frustrating. We needed good WiFi for our work but we gave up signing in and out - we've stayed at many Premier Inns and relied upon the WiFi to complete a day's work. This is the worst one we've stayed at for that. The hotel is OK, the staff do their best and were helpful but said nobody else had complained about the WiFi. The restaurant is Brewers Fayre, it wasn't very pleasant to be honest though the staff tried their best. I think it's like many places, under staffed and desperately in need of a refurbishment. Good car parking here though and a handy Asda superstore just minutes away.

I needed somewhere comfortable and clean to stay for son’s wedding weekend. Having been impressed with a Premier Inn before it was my immediate go to place to book and, as before, service and comfort was excellent. Although it was a Friday night the area was quiet.

Excellent service . Very friendly staff . Comfy rooms. Pub next door a bonus. What more could you want ? The breakfast was excellent . We all had a super stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Swansea

The bed was so comfy! The staff were lovely and the reception area really modern, clean and tidy. The rooms were very cosy. Really great shower. Nice quiet and safe area. Plenty of free parking. Overall a great stay.

It's ok but I won't be returning, crap wifi room needed a hoover, when we asked at reception for our room to be serviced nothing happened the next day. Blackout could be better. Staff were fine but generally it's not up to the standard of many other premier Inns & I won't return. It feels like as a chain if hotels they are cutting corners to increase profit. I'll certainly be looking at other providers in future.

Provides everything you could possible want for a warm satisfying stay, coupled with friendly staff. cooked meals are just a few steps away and to a high standard. This is my second visit and I am sure I will be back.

We came to see family and always stay here, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, we would of liked to be able to open the window but everything else was great There was an issue on the Sunday night in the brewers fayre that was handled well by all staff Conor the shift manager handled it well, and we never felt uncomfortable about it
