It is suitable for people who have a car and don't have a car. I should not choose this place. The environment needs to be good, but I just went out and met a woman who was insane. She was sitting in front of my room and came back at night to see her sitting outside the hotel in the parking lot. The service person is only polite. left on the sofa in the room

The hotel room was very clean and smart looking. Parking was plentiful and easy to use. The Wi-Fi was very poor, with low signal strength that meant it kept disconnecting. The option to pay extra for 'premium' Wi-Fi felt insulting. The mobile signal was very poor in the room, so using mobile data wasn't an option either.

Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel before and were back this time as we were both at Sci fi convention in Swansea (which was great ) the parking is ok if it's not to busy as there isn't much space we didn't book breakfast this time as weren't not able to too due to the comic con we were in the new block we found our room which was on the bottom floor the room was as you expect it was clean and had what we needed the only thing was you couldn't open the windows as there was no handle so the room was quite stuffy especially at night not sure the reason also on the Sunday evening there was a group of teenagers sat on the floor on there phones don't think there with any adults but the young lad did open the door for us so not all bad lol there are lots of food outlets close by and a big supermarket within walking distance

Probably the worst premier inn we've stayed at, multiple areas stinking of smoke or vape, lack of staff the reception rarely attended, we had to get our room changed. 5am fire alarm triggered apparently by someone's deodorant... but the hall ways smelt of vape Temp control in room not working Lack of towels in room

Great Premier Inn - really comfy beds as always and good breakfast and evening meal at the Brewer's Fayre next door. Excellent links to the motorway but the hotel was really quiet. All the staff I spoke to in the hotel and restaurant were both pleasant and helpful - thank you! Special thanks to Peter for all your help with my stay when my Mum was in the hospital nearby.

Went with family for a hospital visit as I live 2 hours away. This hotel was very comfortable and convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. We had breakfast there because it was convenient. There was a wide selection and it was very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Really impressed with this hotel. Booked online at the last minute for the night, and the hotel and staff were brilliant. Very comfortable bed and the room had everything you’d need. Will definitely stay again and I would recommend to others.

Always friendly staff on duty I felt safe as a lone traveller. Room predictably clean and quiet and the bed was comfy. Parking not an issue here as there’s plenty of space. It’s a convenient approach from the north and better than the city centre Premier Inn which I did not rate at all.
