The desk lamp was dirty and broken, with dust visible everywhere. The TV did not have a remote control and could not be turned off, leaving it dimly lit all night. The Ramada is so shabby. I haven't stayed in it for so many years. It's just like a small hotel in China. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. I went downstairs at 7.10 and saw a person finishing his meal. He only had a cup of yogurt, an apple, and not even an egg. . There are no eggs or butter at all.

The first night I stayed in a hotel on the first floor, the sound of walking on the second floor was so noisy that I didn't sleep all night!
I moved to the 2nd floor on the second night and it was much better! ! ! !

The room was OK, but there was another building far away from the front desk. I stayed on the second floor and there was no elevator. On a hillside, the scenery is pretty good. Close to the highway and convenient transportation.

I spoke to the front desk, and they said thats why the room is so cheap.
For 120 you would expect the door not to be off the hinges, the toilet seat to be properly attached to the toilet, the room not to smell like smoke and the drapes to block out tge street light. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel.

This is an older hotel that could use some updating. It is generally decent and is the best price in the area. They have been accommodating in terms of early check in requests.
Perhaps they could be a little quieter knocking on the doors and shouting "Check-out time", however.

Check,in was smooth. Room itself was clean but in need of paint. The shower was not well lit. Plenty of hot water. Alternate entrance was nasty, stunk bad, carpet looked 50yrs old since sahampooed. Lobby was clean, nice selection of goods for sale. Free breakfast was poor. No pastrys, or bagels, only bread for toast. There was a waffle iron but no syrup. There was some fruit and yogurt but limited. No micro or fridge in room. Property was run down and hadn't been mowed yet. Alternate entrance did not lock but there was heavy video surveillance monitored by front desk who also patroled the property. Overall, it was good for the price.

I have stayed here several times. They are working on some improvements and there is some dust as a result.
But worse than that, the room I checked into seemed not to have been cleaned fully. There was a dirty towel on the sink, the trash can was full, and housekeeping tried to enter while I was changing. Apparently, there was some problem between the front desk and housekeeping.

We walked into the room and it smelled of incense. We opened the window and went to store to get drinks. Came back to find the room had no refrigerator. Also the pictures did not match. The bathroom was small withthe sink in the room. Also there was no bar in the lobby. We then discovered that the smoke alarm had be covered with a wash cloth? We suspect that previous tenants had smoked in the room and it was coved by the incense. It was late and we slept with the window open. The next morning we went to breakfast to find the tables sticky with syrup, coffe empty,no scambled eggs, no bacon, no sauage, no milk for cereal. When i told the guy behind the desk he did not seem to care and walked out around the breakfast area and returned to the counter without addressing any if it. We will never stay at a Ramada again.
