Stayed here for a night most of the things in the room didn’t work, the tv would flash black and white very fast the remote didn’t work and my wife is epileptic so we had to unplug the tv from the wall, the staff didn’t have any food in the breakfast room. The beds smelt an all around horrid stay. Would not recommend.

Both our rooms were narrow and very dim and smelled bad. We checked in before dinner, just throwing our stuff on the beds. When we got back, we realized the rooms were so dark with all the lights on that I could not read the book I'd brought with me. The comforters felt greasy. The old, dust-filled heater filled the room with a burned smell. We complained and checked out at 7:30. The manager said "I can't refund your money because you set it up through *******" which was a lie. ******* (who called again, on my behalf) explained that ******* could not provide a refund because we'd paid the hotel directly.

This is an older property with newer carpet. Friendly staff and quick check in and out. Most important to me was it clean and well stocked, especially the bathroom. I would recommend to a friend and would be comfortable to revisit.

Checked on Sept 29th, charged $*** for my 4 night stay. Hotel smelled enough to give us all migraines, had previously used dirty towels in room,sheets moist. Staff didn’t care. Hotel 1 mins away $ 558

Arrived at this hotel to relax after a flight to go a wedding the next day. It should be relaxing, was not at here at this place!!! MOIST bedding is there if you want to stay. Smells stinky, gave us (my family of 4) headaches for the 20 minutes we were there, dirty towels in the bathroom, gross floors towels seat broken and the bedding was damp and moist. We checked out after 1/2 hour no booked a hotel for $40 more and was amazing experience there! Clean , who knew! I would NOT Recommend this place! HORRIBLE!!!!

Not only is this a run down property but they also are unreliable if you are getting a group rate quote. Our hockey team was quoted a group rate of $95.00 per night. Upon check out we were charged $129.00. Our team manager called the hotel and they said they would refund the difference on the rooms. An employee of the hotel processed the refund. The owner, Raj Patel, said he did not approve the $95 dollar charge and then went and charged us all again at the $129 rate without any notice or authorization. Mr. Patel has.been unresponsive in addressing this issue so now we are all having to do credit card disputes. Additionally, the clientele at this hotel is probably not who you want staying with young hockey teams as other guests were wearing ankle bracelets. I wouldn’t give this hotel a star at all if I wasn’t required to. N

I always worry when I book online to a hotel I have never stayed in. I was very relieved when I saw the room was clean with great beds and pillows. I had no complaints about anything. The service was nice, the pool was clean (They even brought in more towels without us ever having to ask), and everything was as one should expect when you pay for a room.

This hotel is on it’s last leg. Outdated fixtures, paint and carpet are in major need of replacement. Not very clean and the yard surrounding the property is a mess. The hotel down the street from this one recently closed and the super 8 should be next. There’s a brand new place across the road ….. it’s a little more expensive, but will definitely be my choice the next time I’m in Morris.
