Equipped with an additional foldable Koala queen sized bed in the living room, split system conditioning, as well as, all appliances. BEDROOMS: 1 and Living room, sleeping up to 4 (including the foldable bed in the living area) BATHROOMS: 1 with bath, shower & vanity and toilet. VEHICLES: 1 Bedroom – Queen bed Living room – Queen bed Bed linen and towels are supplied. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Our beach house is on a quiet street with a private covered parking spot and additional free street parking available. Super convenient only 5 min walk to the lively cafes and restaurants on Main Street, a 3 min drive to the beautiful Mills Beach, as well as, a short drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs, it’s an all access to the Mornington Peninsula experience. The famous Red Hill and surrounding wineries are a desired destination all year round, as well as neighbouring staples such as Marina Martha Cove, Rye, Sorrento and Portsea - all a short drive away. A nice single bedroom unit Close to town and well fitted out with a small outdoor area at back. Nice decor, good cooking facilities, linen included, good wifi. Could use a better TV - with antenna, and a bathroom exhaust fan. Otherwise everything good.

Very nice, well appointed for a couple A very nice single bedroom unit (in block of 4) with nice furnishings and small outdoor area out the back. Looks recently renovated. All facilities are modern and worked ok including aircon, cooking and washing machine. Convenient location. There was a small amount of booking problem the security deposit which also wasn't refunded for 16 days. Hopefully the owner has sorted these issues out.
