The room was very disgusting and staff were very rude, it’s unacceptable. I would like a refund please…I shouldn’t have to keep complaining about bugs in the room or how unclean it was. They didn’t really help me resolve my issue.

I don’t wish to stay in such properties again. It was a terrible experience. The property was an offensive smell . When I checked out in the morning around 4:15am . There was no one in the reception to check me out .
