Pretty awful, even for the low price. Sheets were stained, half the lights in the room didn't work..tried eating breakfast there which was laughably bad - like cold leftover curry in the buffet. Basically the place seems to be run by teenagers who are in over their heads. Of course I blame the management and not them.
The location is 5 minutes from the airport but if I could do it again I'd just taxi all the way to our destination in goa.

We booked to stay to be close to the airport and because it had a pool. The pool was empty and we were not told. Maintenance was poor. Everything a bit shabby. A bad nights sleep. It was too hot just for the ceiling fan and the A/C was either on cold or off. Remote did not work. They have a generator and the power kept cutting out. The ladies on reception were pleasant and helpful but the manager(?) was not! Cheap but would not stay again.

Property is clean. Linen, spring mattress, and pillows are all upto the mark. Good budget option, near dabolim airport. I had a meeting with the coast guard office which is close by.

Very nice hotel. Neat and clean. Owner and family stay on the property as well as ms amina who is the general manager. And then there is shanti. All very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is old and basic. But ac works, bed is clean, hot water is fine and cleanliness is good. As others have commented front office is dour and unfriendly but personally given my first sentence i personally don't care if they can't muster a welcome smile.
