1. No cupboard in the room. You can put your clothes and suitcases either on the floor, or on the sofa. And if you put them on the sofa, where do you sit? 2. We booked 2 rooms, and tv was not working in either of the rooms. 3. No wi-fi coverage on the second floor where they provided us the rooms. And mobile network is very poor in this area. 4. No intercom in the room, so if you need anything, you need to go down 2 floors, and then, there is nobody at the front desk till you holler a million times. 5. There is no manager, no responsible person. Just one executive level employee, bhaskar, who has no clue how to manage anything at all. We'd booked for 3 nights, and we begged to refund us for 2 nights so that we can shift to another place, but we were flatly refused. We asked for a table or shelf to at least put our clothes/suitcases on, but, nope. No support at all. We somehow managed to find the number of the corporate gm, mr. Sumanta, but he just did not answer calls or messages till now. Weve been trying to connect with him for over an hour. Unfortunately mm t refused to take action or provide refund eithout email approval from the hotel, even though the mm t executive verified with the hotel front desk on the hotel contact number that all our complaints were valid. I am very disappointed with mm t because we book a place based on the trust we have in mm t and once we have paid for a place, mm t completely leaves us to the hotel 's mercy
