It’s a very good beach property, clean, nice staff, functional acs, beachside restaurant where you can enjoy sunset - Saz on the beach. It’s hardly any walking distance from the beach. Also there are nice party places around this property. Breakfast spread can be improved.

It was a nice experience visited in August 2025. Kulethi Pawan was very helpful at the Restuarant. Hope to visit the place again in future with my family.

Saw lot of good reviews and booked this property, but not sure if the reviews were real or fake. I had a very bitter experience. Very disappointing stay — the resort didn’t live up to its reviews at all. The breakfast buffet was extremely basic and lacked quality. Rooms were unclean and looked nothing like the photos. Please note that there is no pool as well. Restaurant service and food were poor, and the location felt shady and isolated. The in-house restaurant SAZ is also too pricy, overly pretentious. Food quantity and taste are very poor compared to the prices, I am okay to pay more but it should live upto it. Overall, a very unpleasant experience — would not recommend.

Nice place to enjoy holiday trip by beach side, having breakfast by the beach side with stunning sea views was a different experience. Room was hygienic and well maintained. Manager Mr. Ritesh Sikka, staff Vikas, Briana at the front office, and Mr. Pawan holding charge of service at Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, provided excellent service at all time of stay. Food was delicious and modified as per our requirement, being senior citizens. Service of Car driven by Mr.Rashid, were excellent, and he drove the Car very skillfully looking to our age. His knowledge of the area and helpfulness is appreciated. V.P.Munjal Advocate.

Amazing service by Felicio Great Human Being And had amazing service by him. Sibaya has amazing cottage houses kind of a theme. Great vibe and amazing atmosphere added to that are the services provided by servce people especially felicio. Thanks

Amazing service and humble customer service given by Felicio & Kamal.. we had a great time m. Very happy & smiling always to serve. Looking forward for more.. soon .... great time... enjoyed.. but breakfast was not so great.. very less options..

Stayed at Tropical cottage with sea view Room. Rooms were okay. Not much to do in resort. Just a stay place. Buffet was average. repeated food items. Food at its own restaurant was good. The manager gave his own number to order bcoz room phone was not working. Chef is good and humble and made it as we want. Overall average stay but good staff. Little slow in room service.

The stay at Sibaya is highly recommended for comfort, relaxation, enjoyment, ambience, and overall value for money The location of the resort is super The beach is not very crowded, fun to enjoy in seawater and playing with sand We had our first meal at Saz on the beach, and it was very yummy and awesome. It’s fun to see both the sunrise and sunset from this beach
