Stayed here for few nights . Great place. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Nice bathrooms with good hot and cold shower. The staff is very accommodating. Service is very quick ( one of the quickest i have seen) . And they generally go out of the way to help. Right on the beach and a rather cool part of the beach, with all nice clubs and shacks nearby. Its a great place. The only small issue is the club next door plays very loud high bass music till rather uncivil late at night. Does not disturb the sleep but did disturb my experience. Its a shame that in the evening you practically use the restaurant ( which has a Fantastic deck) because of the loud banging music next door. But this is not something they can control. Bottomline is this is a well run place good for couples , family and friends with superb access to beach, great cozy rooms and an excellent service

The staff including security taking care of vehicular preparation, location of property, was amazing. The quality of actual room pretty mournful, the windows do not lock, the cabinets in the washroom are really disintegrating. External facade of the rooms also in a bad situation

I have visited twice in 2 years. Worth staying here. Love staffs friendly and cooperative nature. Recommend all to stay once if ur in North goa morjim beach. Rooms are very accomadative and comfortable. Recommend to have one night stay at least here.

Rooms are really not kept well. Very unclean bathroom too. We had come in 2020 and we see the standard has really gone bad. Not happy this time at all. Even we entered the room for the first time, it was stinking. Before checkin atleast they should keep the rooms open For ventilation for sometime. Food was fine.swimming pool was good. Thanks

The hospitality, the rooms, cleanliness, everything was amazing. Every small but eas taken care of, from velcro on the balcony to dry clothes to a wall fan to compliment the AC. Would come again when I visit Goa. There was even a pool for small children.

Very cosy atmosphere. Greenery all around.Well maintained view and path areas for walking are great as it is covered by shades of trees. Must try Indian food which is delicious.Hospitality was amazing. Resort offers a beach view which is a top notch thing.

The resort is very good location and maintain hygiene and cleanness room also clean the food also good the staff & manager both are very polite and respectful when next time visit definitely recommend your resort all things are perfectly good thankyou so much to all

Lovely ambiance. Right by the sea. Staff is polite and friendly. Comes with a complimentary breakfast and wifi. Manager of the hotel - Mr. Praveen Jha takes personalized care of issues. All in all, it was an excellent stay at Living Room Beach Resort.
