Everything was the best. And the guy Rintu is amazing he can guide you with everything. The food is amazing even though it’s a short menu you just love everything and their breakfast too. The also have massage options which is complimentary and really satisfying the beach is so clean and calm everything just 5 star

It's very luxury and comfortable stay. staff is very cooperative..but 1 suggestion is that for villa make good compound for villa Bacause of that there's is no privacy for couples..

We had a wonderful time at the property. It is perfectly located on the beach which is nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Rintu, the staff was great and did good massage and helped to rent a car..overall staff were good but property except the view wasn't great..seems owner doesn't spend/invest money the way other brach facing property owner does...Owner Mr Rane need to pull up socks

All over good. Rintu was a nice person provide a superb foot massage. Overall second time nice experience. Shaving kit was very poor. Needs to improve on this side. Overall other room amenities were best.I wish to visit again next time also.

This beautiful beachfront property is just a minute away from the stunning Morjim Beach. We stayed in the beach house with a private pool, and the atmosphere was incredibly soothing, offering a peaceful retreat amidst nature. The customer service was excellent, with special thanks to Mr. Rinku for providing a complimentary massage even after checkout. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the pool area with better lighting and consider mosquito fogging to further elevate the guest experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing and superb stay. Great hospitality staff is very coperative and ready to help always. Loved thread so much that we cancelled other hotel reservations and booked red thread. Highly recommended for any one visiting goa. Next time I am in goa I am definitely gonna book red thread.
