What a horrible experience.. to sum it up "This is Goa" + "It's festive season" = "We cannot stop some guests and staff from creating nuisance" - Property Manager Everything was great, including food and drinks, but property allows LOUD MUSIC throughout the night which plays till 4 in the morning. Not at all considerate of people opting for private rooms or no policies against nuisance creators. It felt we were sleeping in a wedding with Honey Singh songs blasting throught the night. Had to leave the property in between our stay, as the manager, Prasad, could not take any action against those creating nuisance in the property, and we could not afford to loose our sleep for 2 more nights. Would recommend avoiding the property at all costs in case you are looking for good community and peaceful stay. Only choose if hooliganism is your way to go.

They have the worst management. They cancelled my booking at the last minute and did not even have the courtesy to call and inform me. They did not provide me with any discounts or help for rescheduling the booking or providing me another room with some concessions. The worst customer service possible. I had made all my flight tickets accordingly and had to face a lot of inconvenience because of them. NOT AT ALL ADVISED.

I booked Zostel as earlier I had stayed in it while traveling Solo ,so very much comfortable with the crowd of like minded people that we find here. Zostel Morjim is having nice location but this time the Hygiene factor was completely missing. Staff was courteous, supportive but yes they need to improve on cleanliness.

.Don't stay here even if you get rooms for free....No option to give zero stars sadly.... Don't trust the 4 stars reviews either.These people charge the price of a 4 star hotel but their services are not even like a 2 star hotel. They don't have bottled water or Packed water. They do Ro water service. But its taste is not like Ro water. If we talk about Amenities in the room, they don't even have a dental kit. They don't have any comb, they don't have Shower cap. They don't have anything. They just make you sit in the room and give you two towels. I have had a very bad experience with them

Had an amazing and comfy stay here. Was on a work trip but zostel made me feel like i m on vaccation. Rooms were neat and food is tasty.shared Washrooms were clean. All required amenities are available. You can check with them for towels and other stuff also. Thank you sushmita and team.

Absolutely incredible vibe and people. This place experiments and that's what Goa needs more of. I'm so glad they understand this. Staff is helpful, caring and reliable. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in this part of Goa. Loved it.

What a beautiful space, lovely team. having a pool was a cherry on the cake…... This is the place to be if you wanna vibe!!!!!! The food here is beyond yummy specially for a youth hostel. I’m so glad I chose Zostel Morjim:) And the BEST PART is MOMO. They have a cute lil pup:)
