The hotel is quite far from the train station, and you need to take a bus (snail cycle bus) for about 10 minutes. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights and changed rooms every day. Although the front desk staff was very polite, it was really inconvenient.

Kita Hotel is located directly behind the Iwate Prefectural Office. I stayed here for the first time using the Morioka Inn Support Discount. A locally owned hotel. The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and were comfortable. Air conditioning is available in each room for comfort. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the second floor, and is brought to you individually rather than buffet style. The cucumbers 🥒 in the salad turned into butterflies 🦋, and the little touches made me feel so good. Convenience stores such as Lawson and 7-Eleven are nearby, but it's a bit of a walk to the downtown area.
