It was a ryokan with a very calming atmosphere. The landlady and staff greeted us cheerfully. When we passed each other in the hallway, they greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable and we were able to spend a wonderful time there. The interior and facilities in the room were a little old, but they didn't seem dirty or broken, and there was no noticeable smell. And above all, the hot spring was great. I think the hot spring is soft and feels good on the skin. The view was also great, so you could look at it forever. Personally, I was worried about the bugs (horses) in the open-air bath, which is like being in the middle of a forest, but I was relieved to see that there was insecticide available. We only had breakfast, but it was delicious, with dishes made from Iwate-grown hitomebore apples and wild vegetables. It's a place I'd like to visit again someday.

At first, I was told that the front desk did not have a reservation name, and I had a difficulty in the front desk skills, such as showing the reservation screen of Trip.com and finally having them find it, but the hot springs were also wonderful, and above all, the food was wonderful. Great, I was very satisfied. I definitely want to use it for the next year's end of the year and the beginning of the year.

It is a very traditional ryokan. I am very grateful to the Ctrip reservation specialist for the recommendation, although the price has increased a bit! When I knew that I asked Hirosaki Park to see the cherry blossoms, they provided me with a detailed paper travel guide early the next morning, which was very touching! Japan's infrastructure is not what it used to be! But the soft power of the service is still improving!

The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!
