Tried calling reception several times during opening hours. No answer. Tried emergency number. No answer. Wifi available but extra 18Euros for 4 days. No kettle. No washing up liquid. No t towel. Toilet nearly off the wall. A lot of money for the standard.

When we arrived at the property, they informed us that the slopes were closed and that is was not possible to ski. If they had informed us earlier that day we had not driven so far. Odalya is also not helpful in refunding the skipasses that we purchased via them. The lady at the reception was nice, but nog well informed by Odalys. We left after 2 nights and did not get any money back.

Run down apartment. Very poor value for money. ＞ 20 year old dishwasher that didnt work. Left disgusting dirty water at the end of the cycle. We had to wash by hand. We asked a technician to fix it, but he couldn't, he agreed the machine is too old. Worst is that they knew about this before we checked in and didnt inform you about it nor had fixed or replaced it. Basically they don't care... I tried to contact the organization before this review, but it is impossible to get any responds. The facilities haven't seen any upgrade for over a decade. The skilockers give the feel of a basement of an apartment block from the 1960s. Old, narrow, smelly Plates and cutlery are not complete for a family of 4. The apartment is tiny as in a typical French skiresort. But for what this organization charges, you can find a different one easily with a better value for money. The skiarea is great for beginners, but for more advanced there is little challenge.

bon emplacement au pied des pistes, appartement très correct (un gros bémol sur la literie) et un personnel sur place très disponible et réactif. un effort sur l'accès au wifi pourrait fait en le rendant gratuit.

Le seul point positif de la résidence est son emplacement par rapport aux pistes. Les appartements sont vieux, mal entretenus, sales, mal équipés et la literie mériterait largement d'être changée... au vu du prix payé, la qualité n'y est pas du tout. D'autant plus que la station est peu attractive, très peu de commerces, qqs restos basiques, pas d'ambiance et aucun moyen de relier samoens en navette si ce n'est en payant 11 € par tête pour prendre les oeufs sachant que la dernière montée est à 17h30 ou en prenant la voiture et vu qu'il n'y a pas de parking à la résidence, on est coincé...cela fait 8 ans que nous n'étions pas venus, et rien n'a changé, nous avons séjourné dans d'autres stations et résidences entre temps, qui ont su développer un qualitatif. Quelle déception...

Logement propre, proche de pistes et des commodités! Les 2 personnes à l’accueil était très agréable! Nous réitérerons notre séjour l’année prochaine avec plaisir! Draps fournis, grill pain et cafetière, boulangerie et restaurant à quelques pas Rdv ESF et jardin d’enfant très proche également (100m)

L’emplacement de la résidence est parfait, au pied des pistes. L’équipe est très réactive et arrangeante. Les logements sont conformes aux attentes avec tout l’equipement nécessaire. Deuxième séjour et prêt à y retourner.

Je fais parti du CSE et Maeva à l'accueil n'était pas informée et son professionnalisme a été exceptionnel, Bravo à elle et surtout un grand merci. Reste que le prix des forfait est extrêmement onéreux, 48 euros/ 4H pour une petite station n'est pas à la portée de tous surtout si vous êtes plusieurs. Dommage on a l'impression que la station va fermer. Pas très vivant le soir. Les commerçants sont très agréables en général et heureusement le domaine skiable est très beau.
