Very pleased with our stay at Greenpia, and happy there were quite a few improvements since last year:
- upgrade to the outdoor onsen, which is much better than before. Love the addition of the TV
- onsen kits inside closet
- more room selections such as the Max, cabins and glamping
- the conversion into the comic reading space

Perfect. Free Shuttle van provided from JR station to hotel. Quiet location. Good place for ski. Good staff, Clean Japanese style room and nice dinner.

The food was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves at our own pace. There were lots of places for my 3-year-old son to enjoy, such as the kids' area and slides, so the whole family had fun.

The staff were all friendly and it was a very comfortable stay. I was surprised to see some gnats outside, but the front desk lent me some insect repellent spray. The room also came with a ReFa hair dryer, straightener, and shower head, which was nice. There was also a ReFa hair dryer in the large public bath.

Since I visited when I was a child, I visited with my own child for the first time in a long time. I was looking forward to going there, but I was worried about the lack of knowledge of the woman at the front desk. The hot springs are free for the guests, and the pools are discounted. The rooms were old, but they were well cleaned and I didn't feel bad. The rice is a buffet, so I wonder if it's like this lol
I think that it is very good for children because there are facilities for children and there is a sweets 200 yen ticket service.
In general, the customer service of young female staff is negative. The correspondence of male staff and elderly staff is good.
