Enjoyed our stay,quiet and relaxing.The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful.The fixed dinner menus were good value and the meals were superb.We would definitely stay there again.Plenty of space.

It was better than expected. It was our first stay. I had undergone eye surgery in Lausanne and my wife was reluctant to drive home to France (3 hour drive). The food (risotto) was excellent. The room quiet. Too bad I couldn’t shower because of my eye operation

I would have thought I would find myself in a cloister from 1970. If the architecture of the place had been highlighted, that would have given it a certain character but that is unfortunately not the case. Design between old and “modern” very poorly done without any taste. As for the room, it is renovated and clean but extremely cold, minimalist to get to the essentials. Big negative point for the Italian shower on a waxed screed (which literally floods the small bathroom) with a floating shower curtain which systematically sticks to you when you shower, hateful! To sum up, no soul, not charming, but it's clean and does the essential thing.

Personnel déplaisant et malhonnête. Cet hôtel ne reflête pas l'hôtellerie suisse et ses valeurs. Dommage car la situation est belle. Nourriture insipide, salle de restaurant digne d'un réfectoire. A fuir ! Vous serez mieux reçu dans un Ibis.

Excellent séjour. Personnel fort agréable, disponible et professionnel. Lieu propre. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Excellente cuisine et service efficace. Parking spacieux et proche entree/sortie d'autoroute. A conseiller si vous devez séjourner dans la région.

Dieses Hotel dürfte nicht mehr als CHF 100.- für die Nacht kosten, denn mehr bietet es nicht. Es ist nicht zentral gelegen, sondern ausserhalb der Stadt. Immerhin befindet sich eine Eisenbahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Ich habe noch NIE ein solch mageres Morgenbuffet gesehen. Keine warmen Mahlzeiten, eine Fleischplatte die fast leer war, zu kleine Kaffeetassen (der Kaffee läuft über!), das Toastbrot auf der einen Seite völlig ausgetrocknet. Alles nur sehr spärlich vorhanden. Keine Löffel für das Müesli, sodass man es mit dem kleinen Löffel essen muss. Eine Zumutung für jeden Hotelgast. Das Hotel hatte offenbar einen Wasserschaden und im Parterre liefen rund um die Uhr Entfeuchtungsgeräte. Die abgehende Wärme zog logischerweise nach oben und in den Zimmern war es unerträglich warm (heiss). Preisreduktion deshalb? Fehlanzeige!

Une nourriture bien préparée et bonne, merci à la cuisine. Service impeccable un jour sur 2 selon l’équipe du jour. Pour être déjà venu auparavant, je constate un grand changement, manque de personnel? Changement de direction, une direction sûrement incompétente, et un manque d’expérience dans le domaine de la restauration. Une meilleure gestion de la clientèle et du personnel serait à revoir, la nouvelle direction est un peu trop familière, voir sans filtre.
