SpringHill Suites Morgantown

Stayed for 3 nights but the housekeeper didn’t change the sheets and vacuum the room at all when they came to make the room … just only got the new towels and took away all the trash for us. The front desks are all friendly and helpful. The water pressure when take showers isn’t that strong. Breakfast is a lot of variety and the location is good.

Great stay. Clean and comfort

The room was a little dirty but still adequate. The front desk man, I believe named Andrew was fabulous though! He gave us great suggestions and was happy to be of assistance.

Well first of all I will not sway from a Hampton or a Hilton again . We arrived after 10 pm and the price was 240.00 . We paid 207 on ******* and the guy at the front gave us a handicap room with no air . It was off when we walked in and the temp in the room was 85. After 2 hrs we had to move rooms at midnight because it was 83 . The water pressure is horrible in the showers and the rooms were not clean . I would not stay there again . I wouldn’t pay over 100 for a place like this . Breakfast is watery eggs and not that great .

The breakfast that day had no veggie options, beyond waffles. Everything else had pork or meat and we're vegetarian! It'd be good to have more veggie options available for guests.

Loved staying here. In a little bit older part of town but it was quiet and safe. Staff was great! Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Definitely will stay again! It's close to WVU but not within walking distance.

The room was lovely. Very nice. I didn’t like the pillow, But I’m very picky about my pillow. My husband said the one he used was fine.

The hotel was very nice and modern, but the room doors were horrible! They are loud and very heavy. We got woken up several times from the slamming door noise. Also, our car got scratched in the parking lot and no note was left. We hope that the manager is going to review the security camera and provide us the license plate of the car that was parked next to us.
