Service was excellent and the daily hot breakfast was great! Getting out of the parking lot was a little challenging during heavy traffic but wasn't too bad if you are patient. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and very helpful

Smell of **** in the hallway this evening. Room is poorly lit. 1/6 cell phone chargers in the room works.
I have stayed here before, and it seems that the quality of the room has declined.

The outlets where you can make your own coffee all shorted out so we could not use our coffee maker. The A/C systems in each room will either blow out freezing cold air on you or very hot air and you are never comfortable all day or night.
The staff keeps the lobby area freezing cold with same cold air blowing on you while trying to grab some coffee. A woman named Catherine at front desk was very rude about the situation stating it’s on 73 and the staff in kitchen are hot. I said your system will continually blow out freezing cold air until it hits the desired temp, be off for only seconds, then blow freezing cold air again. She turned it off and rudely said “there!”
Never staying here again.

I didn't like how unclean my room was. Thankfully i always bring clorox wipes and disinfectant spray to every hotel stay, so i cleaned the room to my comfort

Cleaning could have been a little better. Mirrors smeared and under sink was not clean. Beds were comfy. Front desk staff at check in was awesome

The hotel was great, as always. However, no electricity due to a bad storm that occurred Saturday evening. (4/19)

Power went out, no generator so there was no lighting, AC, elevator, refrigerator, etc. I often stay at Hampton Inns. This one was nice on the outside but very small and dark on the inside. Not a traditional Hampton Inn.
