Great service and excellent stay as always while I am traveling for work! I have thoroughly enjoyed every stay I have made since traveling for work each time!

No hot tub, all rooms advertised as Baymont, but this is a “Sleep 8 Motel” other guests at check in desk complaining of bedbugs, manager called guest “liar to get free room” she brought a bug in a tissue to lay on counter and was accused of bringing it from home with her. Never gave me the key to the room, we decided not to stay or continue registration once informed the only King room available would be on the opposite side of what we reserved, and refused to back out of system to cancel registration, because manager said we should have paid at the “motel” instead of online so we could see what we were buying first. When we told him we would like to cancel our room, purchase a night at another hotel, was informed “good luck I own the others too and no vacancy”. Unprofessional on every level!!!
