My daughter Jada soccer tournament and stayed here, it was amazing, a lot of food choices around there quiet and close to the event!

Could not even check into my hotel they charged me $257 and I couldn't even check into my hotel I demand a refund I will never go to this hotel ever again had my 7 year old in the rain driving around for another hotel I would never ever if this hotel for my worst enemy what a joke says my credit card is a fraud and they took the money already out of my credit card what a joke

Great Place to Stay in Morgan Hill
We enjoyed a good breakfast every morning.
The suite was very clean and spacious.
The bed was very comfortable.
And the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly.

Incredibly rude and hostile night attendant.
No room service for four days despite requesting it.
No hand soap or lotion in room despite requesting it—used body wash from the shower to wash hands for the four days, which is fine, just odd.

Little issues
I was disappointed that the bed for the ADA room was a full size bed. Not even a queen. I wouldn’t have opted for the ADA if I had known it.
Also, we needed to keep the vent going in the bathroom, because the mildew smell was so strong. I imagine the room is used as often as others so the bathroom linens become musty.
Otherwise, the space, location and service are more than adequate.
