Absolutely loved staying here, friendly reception staff and the room was beautiful, would definitely stay again. Well located for everything. Rooms were spotless & very spacious. Beautifully furnished, really comfortable big bed, great views too.

This is a difficult hotel to rate since some aspects are absolutely brilliant while others are a tad lacking. It's a wonderful medieval building with amazing views over the surrounding mountains and right in the heart of the Old Town. There's an extraordinary old stone staircase and our room had beams and fabulous views plus comfortable beds.The staff are very helpful and do their absolute best to ensure you have a decent stay, though at times things felt a little amateurish. For example, we were locked out of our room every single day during our 4 day stay; our key had to be reprogrammed. The water in our shower never really got hot and though the staff did their best rectify this there, was little improvement during the 4 days we were here. Plus the breakfast, well good value, was slightly chaotic. For example every morning we had to ask for bowls and milk so that we could eat the cereal provided. Little things. Dinner menu vg (especially salads, and rice dishes), though maybe some daily variety would be good. This seems like the best bet in town so we'd recommend you stay here, if visiting Morella.

Buen hotel con buena ubicación, restaurante de buena calidad. Buena atención por parte del personal. Una pega, la entrada de acceso al hotel. Habitación confortable y amplia, con buenas vistas. Limpieza muy bien. Se puede aparcar bastante cerca fuera de murallas.

Hotel con encanto muy bién situado, el personal muy amable. El desayuno correcto con café excelente, aunque eche en falta algo de frutos secos o fruta deshidratada para un hotel con este encnanto. La cena variada y con muy buena calidad. La habitación grande y espaciosa con cama super grande, el único pero es que olia un poco el desague del baño, por eso no le he dado un 5 estrellas.

El mejor colchón de todos los hoteles que he visitado y para un sufridos de dolor de espalda no es poca cosa. El hotel está bastante bien en general excepto el desayuno que es muy limitado pero no nos importó ya que junto al hotel hay pastelerías bien surtidas.

El hotel está ubicado en el centro de Morella, por lo cual es muy cómodo para caminar, visitar tiendas, restaurantes, bares, etc. El personal es muy amable. La habitación muy espaciosa, con dos camas de 90 o la unión de ambas siendo cómodas, amplio baño y muy limpio. El desayuno es muy correcto al igual que las comidas. Para volver

... dall'arazzo in ingresso. Ci hanno sistemato al primo piano, l'unico senza ascensore, ma sono pochi gradini per portare i bagagli. Ecco, ci avessero aiutato, sarebbe stato più gradito. Per il resto, ottima sistemazione, silenziosa, pulita in una dimora storica, come ve ne sono altre in questo borgo imperdibile.

El hotel es precioso, una verdadera reliquia. La ubicación es perfecta, sobre la calle céntrica de Morella, con bares y tiendas para todos los gustos. Permite disfrutar de la ciudad. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, baños muy completos, con todo lo necesario y gran confort. Colchones y almohadas muy buenos. Excepcional. Lo único a tener en cuenta que si vas en vehículo sin conocer, no es fácil llegar, es importante poner en el GPS la ubicación precisa del hotel. Se puede estacionar unos minutos para descargar maletas, luego ir a un parking.
