Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a very welcoming receptionist . Nothing was too much trouble . We arrived at ten minutes before the dining room closed at 10pm but they stayed open and we had a very tasty Three course meal The waiters /bar staff were all very attentive and professional

A lovely relaxing pool area serving amazing food nustled in the hills of castelldefels close to Barcelona and the airport. The hotel it’s self is a conference hotel and I would advise a car or taxis are needed to move to and from it as not and easy walk. The rooms a very dated and let down what is a pretty location and pool area, staff are generally pretty good especially reception, elsewhere could be more attentive. Food at the pool is amazing but doesn’t start until 1pm which is a bit late. Was disappointed that there was a hidden additional charge (£15 per hour) for the spa facilities so didn’t use them, breakfast was ok but a bit overpriced at 14 euros each.

La comida pesima , pedimos ternasco y tenia un gusto horrible de hacia dias que estaba hecho reseco , y el variado de quesos solo dos , muy mal servicio. El menú parece barato pero luego te hacen pagar suplementos por muchos platos. No recomendado si quereis comer bien

buen hotel, céntrico,no hay que pedir peras al olmo Buena cama, habitación dentro de lo que cabe amplia y comida, cuarto de baño con ducha y nuevo, nosotros pasamos dos buenos días, es la segunda vez que venimos a este hotel, la cuarta a Morella y no está mal, el desayuno correcto, podría hechar algo en falta, pero no faltaba nada. Morella es para elegir bien fechas y volver cada dos o tres años, dos días a lo sumo

Lo único reseñable que tiene el hotel es su localización, muy céntrica, el resto es pésimo. Malos olores en el baño, limpieza justicia, atención en recepción de novatos y sin ideas claras en cuanto a nada, ni aviso de que hay qje pedir el mando de aire acondicionado ni de ningún tipo de ayuda en ninguna cuestión que le puedas plantear. No saben nunca nada. Sin embargo, lo peor de todo ha sido el desayuno. Ningún alimento natural, de mala calidad, incluso moscas en los alimentos frescos y con manteles sin cambiar entre comensal y comensal. Dan ganas de ayunar. No cumple ningún mínimo.

Pasamos en Morella unos días a principios de noviembre '23. No voy a descubrir Morella o sus alrededores, pero si me gustaría hablar del hotel. Muy digno para 3*, personal muy profesional y colaborador en recepción, comedor, bar, etc y al haber contratado media pensión tuvimos la posibilidad de disfrutar de un variado y abundante desayuno y de la excelente comida. No dudé en felicitar a la cocinera.

La estancia nos a parecido buena, el servicio del restaurante bien, desayuno bastante surtido y variado, comida y cena tambien y servida en mesa. Otra cosa fue la habitación, que todo iba bien hasta que habrimos la cama, pues habia unos manchones en la sabana de arriba, los cuales dejamos a la vista para ver si los cambiavan al dia siguiente y no la cambiaron la sabana, en fin mal.
