Excellent check-in process and staff, but during winter time should work on making the property cozy and install outdoor heaters and prepare the room with heating to enjoy the experience.

It is indeed a hotel that exceeds expectations. It may be because there are few rooms, so I can't see the comments of the Chinese on booking and Trip.com , but the environment is really good. I don't want to check out. I recommend every one to Morelia for the Dead Festival and to experience the night tour. I lived here the day before, and I went to the afternoon and night activities after checking out at 12 o'clock to store my luggage. Don't be too comfortable!
