The facilities are old, the room does not have air conditioning, the parking lot looks very bad, the elevator looks in poor condition and neglected, those at the reception do not know about electronic reservations paid for through means such as trip.com or trivago

I found couple bugs inside.

Spacious and comfortable, the amenities feel a little old, but not in poor condition.
The only bad thing is that the toilet has a very small space and the shower door is very fragile.

Beautiful colonial property with garden in the back, located right on the main avenue of the city, close to parks, and walkable. However rooms are somewhat old, small pillows, and staff is not quite friendly. You have to greet them yourselves every day otherwise they won't.

Great location because everything you'll ever want is within a walking distance. Free breakfast in the morning (10/10) the yard at the center of the hotel is beautiful. 10/10 will book again.
