Excelente hotel y estadía. Todo muy limpio. Ubicación perfecta. Todo queda cerca caminando..desayuno excelente. Agradezco mucho la atención de Fernando en la recepción, siempre atento a nuestras preguntas y sugerencias, nos brindo un excelente trato, excelente actitud de servicio. Regreso pronto.

Mesón de los Remedios é um hotel ok. O quarto era limpo e a localização é boa, perto do centro de Morelia. No entanto, o café da manhã foi bem simples, nada especial, e o serviço foi meio indiferente. É uma opção aceitável se você não estiver esperando luxo, mas não impressiona.

El lugar supero mis expectativas, super limpio, amables en todo momento, muy tranquilo, solo el restaurante algo lento pero el personal siempre se porto muy amable, me hicieron sentir como en casa, la verdad mi familia le encanto mucho este hotel es la primera vez que nos hospedamos pero regresariamos ya que de verdad todo se nos cumplio, el desayuno americano la verdad riquisimos nos venimos muy contentos

El hotel me gustó mucho pues los encargados son muy comprometidos y en general muy buenas personas. Es un hotel del centro, cálido, limpio y super bien ubicado. El problema es que no es un hotel de negocios, no puedes llegar despues de las 11pm por que no hay estacionamiento y no puedes sacar el auto hasta las 7.00pm. Algo que me super afectó es que quize trabajar en la tarde y no tenian servicio de café o té. Me parece muy básico que un hotel pueda ofrecer una tasa de café a sus huespedes sin importar la hora. (Aun cobrando).
