Wonderfully located hotel. Extremely friendly staff and reasonable. With so many dining options nearby we did not have the breakfast but I would highly recommend this hotel. We spent some time chatting to the owner very hospitable.

Clean, safe, friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Not far from central plaza, cathedral and museums. Breakfast was included and was good. The staff was very helpful at giving us directions and suggesting places to visit and eat. They even helped arrange tours for us.

We were lured into booking this hotel. In the webpage it was announced as a four star hotel, small and cozy, The hotel did not look at all like the photos I saw online. I found out the hotel's price was practically half the price of what I was charged by booking online.This is not a four star hotel. When we saw the hotel, we simply refused to stay in it. I was told by the hotel manager that I would be charged for the first night. I found out the price for booking online is practically the double of their normal fee. The manager and the front desk lady were not helpful at all. At the end, we called and found a last. minute booking in a different hotel.

El hotel concepto morelia es un boutique hotel pequeno y comodo. Esta ubicado a dos cuadras del centro y en la noche no hay ruido. Mi cama Era firme pero comoda. La tarifa incluye un desayuno bastante decente servido en una linda terraza. El personal es muy amable.

El personal es super amable y el desayuno es muy agradable con vista desde la terraza, muy limpio, volveria sin dudarlo, si al viajar a Morelia piensas tomar un vuelo desde el aeropuerto de Morelia, toma en cuenta que el aeropuerto está lejos y toma tu tiempo para llegar a tiempo ya que el aeropuerto se encuentra en un pueblito y no en Morelia como tal.

En la habitación que estuve y otras, no cuentan con ventilación natural directa, ni el baño ni la habitación, esto lo podrían resolver con poner ventilación mecánica. Los desayunos de cortesía son buenos. La atención del personal es amable.

Comenzando por las instalaciones es un hotel hermoso con un estilo único y una esencia que te transmite mucha paz, habitaciones y camas muy cómodas y todo limpio. La ubicación es magnifica ya que se encuentra a unas cuadras de catedral entonces te puedes mover caminando sin tomar transporte. El personal de otro nivel, súper serviciales, siempre dan más de lo que esperas. Amables y me hacen sentir en casa y consentida. Literalmente amo mi estadías en Morelia en M Hoteles Concepto. Felicitaciones 10/10.
