Friendly and helpful staff, Good sized rooms, internet is reliable, good water pressure and how water. The pool and grounds are clean and attractive. Plenty of on site parking with a 24 hour attendant. On site restaurant is good - we only had breakfast - which was about 200 pesos per person for the buffet. My only complaint is on the air conditioning. This was not the first hotel I've found that advertises as having air conditioners but the units are set to cool no cooler than 80F. The hallway, lobby, and common areas are adequately cooled but the rooms are hot and hard to get a good night's sleep in.

Hotel location is very good, in the center of the ancient city of Morelia, the environment is very good, very Spanish style, service is good. The hotel has a parking lot and needs to walk for 5-6 minutes.

I wrote a previous review for a different hotel and assigned it as the Hotel Alameda Centro Historico. I apologize. Hotel Alameda Centro Historico is an excellent hotel and I really enjoy staying there (three times so far). The staff are excellent and super friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are quite nice and the beds are comfortable as well. The location is absolutely fantastic and a great place to serve as a counterpoint to everything in Morelia. It's a great place and worth the price which is really good. There is nothing to complain about from my experiences.

The hotel in good though service in some areas leaves much to desire, The receptionists become something serious all the opposite of what should be, Paty of room service was gruesome and flattering, I asked him a bill and he asked me if he had left my data which if I did and wrote on the sheet he sent me, I told him that the guardian asked me that if I had already made a bill and I commented on him that if so he guardian told me that there was no need to note My tax data,Paty of rooms service, very personally answered me that she was not aware what will not correctly note my data if I wanted my bill, which was made very badly that answer.
