Once again a super stay with our friendly hosts John and Ed. What's not to like, lovely furnished rooms with everything you need, a fridge being a bonus, spotlessly clean and bed so comfy. Breakfast served by Ed who is so efficient at his job will cater for your needs, choice of fruit juices/cereals/fresh fruit and cooked to order breakfast, also varied choice, it has something for everyone. Our Room was No. 11 on top floor, with a wonderful sea view where you can watch the Morecambe Sunsets if lucky with the weather.

Rang John Friday afternoon & booked a weekend break in the Penthouse suite. Amazing view of the sea! John & Ed were amazing hosts & breakfast was very tasty. Had a full English one morning & a very tasty & perfectly cooked cheese omelette the next. Lovely & comfy room with everything you need for a weekend break in Morecambe. Thank you for a perfect stay! Great value for money & hope to see you again soon.

Stayed here again with the wonderful hosts John and Ed. Lovely room overlooking the sea. Room clean with En Suite has everything you require for your holiday including a small fridge, which is a bonus. Breakfast freshly cooked to order choice has all you want from fruit juice, cereals fruit and Yoghurt etc. Hope to visit again and would 100% recommend

Lovely hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble Edward and John very helpful and friendly . Breakfast delicious. Helped me put bags in the car and took them to room on arrival. Ideal location on the sea front overlooking the bay.

From arrival to departure we found the hosts were absolutely fabulous..very Friendly and made us feel very welcome...the breakfast was cooked to perfection..the room was perfect (extremely comfy bed n pillows)..we will definitely return again..many thanks guys for a great stay..

Fantastic we have been before and it is still excellent the room was clean and warm which is a good thing in Early March when its freezing outside, The bed was so comfy and proper pillows, better then our own bed. Breakfast lovely. cooked fresh to order. Owners lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will defo go again.

From the outset there was the warmest welcome to the Craigwell and to Morecambe. Wonderfully located with views over the Bay to the Lake District. The pet- friendly hotel was spotless and cosy and charmingly decorated to a very high standard throughout. John and Ed work their socks off to provide a calm and relaxed place to stay. There are the “usual” facilities as standard: every room en- suite with towels and hairdryer, colour TV and tea/ coffee- making facilities but there is nothing standard about the breakfasts! Cereals, fruit, yoghurts and a menu for anything you want cooked. This was the first time I’d visited Morecambe but will in no way be my last and the Craigwell will definitely be my first choice as the place to stay!

Had a lovely couple of nights at this Bed and Breakfast, room was on top floor with 47 steps up, so not good for anyone with walking difficulties, but we managed fine and took it as a challenge! The views from the top are amazing across Morcambe bay and behond. Room well equipped with everything you could need, and little extras like bottled water and biscuits. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order with lots of choice, also a continental available aswell. The hosts where helpful and nothing was too much trouble would definitely stay again when we are visiting Morecambe.

Very tidy very clean room was appropriate for what i needed .. old fashioned customer service and happy to help wirh anything . they have good security (main door ) so you feel safe .. breakfast which was included in my booking which was is lovely ans prompt . overall very good value and a very pleasant stay . Will come again if I travel to morcambe ..louise
