Yacht Bay View

We were visiting Morecambe for the first time and decided to choose the Yacht Bay View Guest House. We were warmly welcomed and our room was fabulous with a beautiful view of the bay. Everything was lovely about this accommodation and the breakfast was fantastic! Really set us up for the day. Would 100% recommend for a great seaside stay.

Very friendly and helpful host (Jo). Had sent us some suggestions for restaurants before our arrival. They worked out very well. Easy to find and a flat 10-12 minute walk to the where most of the restaurants and pubs are so good location. Secure parking for 6 motorcycles at rear in gated yard so big bonus for our group. Immaculately clean throughout. Breakfast was always hot, straight from being cooked and plenty of it. Nice views from front facing rooms over the bay toward the Lakes. Rear room, no view. Bedrooms on the small side but comfortable enough and have everything you need for a short stay.

Absolutely loved our stay,the room is exceptionally clean,comfy bedtoo.in room 7 it has a mini fridge which was a bonus,she's a very attentive host,and the breakfast was fantastic like the reviews state..the view of the sea is amazing,and the binoculars are a great little touch too, keep up the great work.

The host was exceptionally welcoming so much so i felt like she was a relative,attentive to whatever i said or asked of her.

Great seafront hotel. Clean and comfortable room (single) with sea view. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent large full english breakfast, with cereals and fruit x

We stayed here for the Vintage weekend.Four of us, two couples . We stayed for two nights. This place is absolutely fabulous . Jo , the owner is lovely . So friendly and helpful . The girls serving breakfast were all lovely too . Our rooms were fabulous, lovely sea views. There are so many really thoughtful finishing touches . There is a fridge in the room , perfect for our Prosecco ! Bottled water , wine glasses, a tea towel . The hospitality tray was of a high standard, coffee bags which I loved , high quality hot chocolate sachets and biscuits. Boxes of tissues , lovely white fluffy towels , and even binoculars for bird watching . The bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. Breakfast was excellent, again great finishing touches such as your own jug of orange juice, jam and marmalade in little dishes , cafetière’s of coffee and food cooked to perfection. You order what you want the night before . It was plentiful and delicious with all high quality ingredients. Jo recommended a great pub nearby for us to visit . The Smugglers Rest or something like that . It’s a proper old pub , with a jukebox which we loved . We loved this B & B . It’s definitely 5⭐️ and hope to come back for next year’s vintage festival which was fabulous. Thank you so much Jo for such a lovely comfortable and welcoming stay .
