Heritance Ayurveda - All Meals and Treatments

I have been passing most difficult time in my life and was lucky to decide to visit Haritanc Ayurveda Maha Gedara to overcome my situation. On arrival Ms.Harshani and assistant Concierge gave me a nice Golf cart Ride. I really appreciate how much they concern to maintain the tranquillity in the premises. Mr.Bawas breath taking architectural atmosphere started to healing my soul. Very comfortable check in process. Then I met Dr.Kalpana ,very kind und beautiful lady. She took time to listen to me and organised my treatment plan. Very professional therapists had done their part to make me feel better day by day. Second day was bit dramatic to me and Dr.Kalpana and the staff help me to overcome, I thank you. Very thoughtful yoga program. Even though my first time I enjoyed. Local food and friendly staff(who recommended better ,testy food) at restaurant. During raining also they kept their cool behaviour. I appreciate. Housekeeping staff who invest their time to do little details to make me happy. I admire. Big Thanks to reception staff for being always friendly and helpful. My whole stay Ms.Harshani made unbelievable attention to my wellbeing. Thank you Harshani. I am very proud of you. After the programme I feel better and energise. I invite our Sri Lankan guests ..use this wonderful place, respect their art and gain your energy back.

it was wonderful, like a dream:-) al was really good the staff and the doctors ar very competent. the treatments makes as feel like ten years younger, healthy, relaxed and happy. the food is very excelent and healthy we love this place. we will come here again:-)

Staying at Heritance Ayurveda means absolute relaxation! The Hotel is very nice an quiet with a stunning beach view. The staff is exremely friendly and helpful at all times. You really feel treated and valued as an individual. The ayurvedia treatments Are very authentic and Individual as well, doctors super nice and helpful. The ayurvedic kitchen is super delicious as well. Everybody does their best to make it comfortable for their guests!

Paradise on the beach! All the staff is more than lovely,Ayurveda perfect and location on the most beautiful beach of the coast! Very clean and good Ayurvedic food. All is very well managed and you feel at home. Holiday feeling while you cure yourself…what’s better? Ayurveda Doctors follow you 24 hours a day and you have great results! My sincere thanks to Management & staff who truly made my stay a memorable one. From the day I arrived to my check out the staff never faulted their services. I have been to other Auyveda treatment place but the treatment care and cleanness of the entire clinic I found very appealing. The surrounding beauty also contributed to my comforts after the daily treatments. The location of the Resort is stunning and a short distance from the ocean which I found stimulating The food was a bit of a challenge but I must confess the freshly prepared food helped with the detoxification which was why I was there in the first place, so kudos to the chefs who put the meals together and always had a big variety to choose from. If given an opportunity to repeat the holiday, most definitely albeit I would book for a longer period
