"This is a good hotel and a good value. However they have a few simple fixes to make to become a great hotel. Replace the furniture because a lot of it is stained old and worn out - and replace the carpet. Other than that it’s a fantastic place."

"Stayed here overnight to catch a flight. The hotel is good in all aspects. The front desk was very nice. After learning that I had to catch a flight, they took the initiative to help me book a free bus to the airport at 3:30 am. This hotel must take a car to the airport. Although it is close to the airport, it has to go around the airport for most of the way, about 10 kilometers away. It takes about 10 minutes by car. Fast food is very convenient nearby"

"There is a bus to the airport 🚌 Parking is free. A little far from downtown Pittsburgh, the room is clean and tidy and looks quite new. Ten minutes drive from the Costco in the town. Hotel restaurant is good."

"Booked the hotel to catch the 6 o'clock in the morning. Check-in after 3 pm, the lady at the front desk was very kind and informed the details, and warmly invited us to taste the warm American cookies. The standard room is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, 2 bottles of bottled water and no microwave (available in the lobby). The bathroom is wet and dry and clean. The security check at Pittsburgh Airport started at 4 am, the hotel called early at 3 am, the shuttle bus departed at 3:30, and arrived at the airport at 3:45."

"凌晨過去但是是當晚的房間，前台姐姐人太好太好了，指了一個小房間，早飯隨便吃，説最晚最晚十點就可以進房休息了（非常肯定）。
結果七八點實在撐不住，花了25美元提前進房，前台換了一個人，態度很差，説最早下午兩點，特別拽特別無禮。
房間的門打開費勁，房間還不錯，基本設施都有，就是無空調！衹有一個熱風機，直直地對着床吹，讓人感受沙漠般的乾枯。（我是北方人，20度的地暖都沒這麼烤人的）
管理一般，休息了一下準備出發，門被工作人員打開了？小費一分都沒得。
逛完匹茲堡回來（很差，最好別去），問前台怎麼預約班車坐飛機，他説三十分鐘一班，早點兒下來就好。結果！第二天興沖沖地下樓，前台很震驚，問為什麼沒有登記，又把已經出發的車叫回來了，是一個黑人姐姐，特別特別好。
個人經歷僅供參考，環境還算乾淨，較為隔音，就是服務時好時壞，多搜尋，有method更economic和refundable。
