The room is a bit small for a family. The shuttle is outsourced and there is no hotel logo on the bus. If you get off the plane late, it is best to call the hotel to ask for clarification. The breakfast is good and the service staff are very nice.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, all aspects are good, the breakfast is simple, the room is very good; there is a microwave in the room, I buy food in the supermarket and heat it up; I can only call the hotel or pass through the hotel after I arrive at the airport to collect my luggage Ctrip customers call the free shuttle bus. I asked Ctrip customers to do it, and it will arrive in 20 minutes. Leaving the hotel to go to the airport, inform the front desk half an hour in advance for the free shuttle bus, I was one day in advance.

Great breakfast selection. They offer a free 24hour airport shuttle. HOWEVER, you cannot leave your vehicle at the property while you are on your trip. This is not publicized ANYWHERE!!! We had to pay an additional $88 to park in a lot while we were gone, even though we were staying at the hotel again upon our return. The staff member and the manager were both extremely rude and demeaning about this. We will not return.

Park and fly is not included if you book this property through a third party. We paid an additional $15/day at the airport and drove ourselves. Never booking here again.

Convenient for where I needed to go in Pittsburgh. Very friendly. Very quiet. Not the best looking rooms but all needs were met.
