Bowls and cups had some debris inside. We booked a large room for 6 people but were only provided with 2 sets of small toiletries: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and one hairdryer. We needed to call reception twice; there was no answer on the first call. We asked for more toiletries on the first night, and the lady at the reception said she couldn't provide them that night and told us to meet her at reception the next morning. I did, but no one was there. I went three times. I finally got more shampoo, body wash, and conditioner on day 3 when I luckily met a staff member at the counter. The jacuzzi in the master room was under maintenance and couldn't be used. Overall, I was disappointed with the facilities and services. I do not recommend this place and will not visit again.

Great stay at Windward Apartments. Directly across the road from the beach with interrupted (but still great) views of the ocean. You can park the car and walk every where. Unit was comfortable and clean (but a little dated). On-site managers were friendly and helpful. Games area for kids/ families, with entertainment packs for kids- great touch!

We take our family to Mooloolaba every January and we stay at Windward Apartments. It is well located at the Alexandra Headlands end of the Esplanade within easy an easy walk to the patrolled beach,rock pools and restaurants and the Surf Club with a supermarket across the street. The complex isn’t modern but it’s very well maintained,it has a pool with pool toys provided,a gym,games room and board games to borrow which the children love. Sandra and her team are very welcoming and friendly,we feel very comfortable here.

The property is just meters away from sea. The apartment was very nice, clean and had enough rooms for my family. The management was at its best and supported all my requests. With best views and walking distance to beach this is best suited for families.

The apartments were well appointed and clean.Walking distance to the supermarket,beach and restaurants. The beach was great for swimming or walking. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay there again.The Heated pool was lovely to swim in.

Incredible location. So close to beach and restaurants. Amazing host. Blackout curtains in my room were awesome. Pool and pool table on-site. We were in two bdrm apt and the outside area was huge, lots of grass. Love our stay here and will book again if we are ever in the area again. Thanks

Perfect location, amazing views, large roomy unit with air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Very comfy beds and lounge. Large balcony to enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the whales swim by. Close to restaurants and shops. Fantastic outdoor bbq and pool area.
