Very conveniently located beside a shopping mall with supermarket and shopping options. Apartment is spacious with basic amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. Only a small pocket of ocean view but sunshine and sunset view was nice.

Excellent location as you can simply park and walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Units were clean tastefully decorated. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely high standard Hotel, relaxed atmosphere and very close to Buddina beach as “closer" would be meaning right on the water! The room was very clean spacious and nothing missing. If you compare it to a five star hotel I personally really enjoyed it. Rachel really helped me on self checking in organising it throughout the Phone. The room was well soundproofed and **** available fridge kettle and also tea and coffee we’re available to be made. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel were all of high grade and above all the bed was very comfortable, including the pillows. thank you for everything

Absolutely disgusting experience at Loana Resort in Sunshine Coast. The staff refused to accept my ID because it was a copy of my digital license, and then had the audacity to claim my partner’s hard copy license wasn’t him—despite the fact that he has leukemia, which has affected his appearance. Their complete lack of empathy and rigid, nonsensical policies made what should have been a relaxing stay an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated with zero respect or basic human decency.

The location is right next to the mall, making it very convenient for shopping and eating. It's also very close to the beach, which is comparable to Mooloolaba Beach and Maroochydore Beach. I even saw a lot of people surfing on my check-out day, and the waves were huge. However, it's quite a long bus ride to Noosa Heads. Although it's a bit far from the city, it's convenient for shopping and quiet. However, you have to clean the room yourself, and they don't proactively change towels or clean the room. Not everyone knows how to use the smart appliances.

Domestic apartments that are sold are then rented and managed by third parties. Daily necessities are all available. The property was awesome. Though we were not happy with *******. ******* falsely showd the rooms view as ocean although there are NO ocean views for guests only residents. We booked this due to the advertising pictures of the room and view displayed by ******* and was really let down by the fact we had a view of a carpark!!! , the staff were great in upgrading our room for us so we could atleast see over the carpark but explained that the views shown in the pics were completely expedias fault
